A special design
The design proposes a balanced contemporary concept, where modern architecture is complemented by a carefully composed natural landscape. The courtyard is organized with a fluid layout, featuring clearly defined zones for access, relaxation, and socializing, while maintaining an airy and visually coherent atmosphere. People actually invented the term "outdoor living" just to justify wanting to stay outside, but with all the comfort of the indoors. And honestly, here it actually works.
The entrance area is enhanced by large-format paving with an elegant finish and subtle reflections that amplify the sense of space and brightness. The parking area is naturally integrated into the ensemble without visually cluttering the design, thanks to the alternation between mineral surfaces and ornamental vegetation.
Vision
The plant composition follows a modern-naturalistic style, featuring well-proportioned decorative accents. Trees with compact canopies, decorative species in green and burgundy shades, lavender, ornamental grasses, and rockeries create varied textures and a pleasant contrast between shapes and colors. The vegetation is arranged in layers, offering depth and a mature look to the entire garden.
Creation
The central element of the design is the wooden terrace, conceived as a multifunctional space for relaxation. The raised deck harmoniously integrates the lounge area, the jacuzzi, and the modern architectural volume with its sloped roof, creating an elegant and contemporary focal point. The wooden pergolas contribute to the subtle delimitation of the spaces and add warmth to the composition through their texture and materiality.
The ambient lighting completes the overall atmosphere through discrete accents installed along the pathways, vegetation, and terrace. It supports both the functionality of the space during the evening and the premium character of the entire design.
Overall, the project conveys a balance between modern aesthetics, comfort, and functionality, resulting in a courtyard with an exclusive look, yet welcoming and natural at the same time. A space designed for relaxation, socializing, and daily use, where every element contributes to a unified and refined image.
