The interest in sub-modern urban architecture of this project was evident from the initial discussions with the client, who is located remotely in the Netherlands, indicating that this type of process can be smoothly conducted solely through online means.
Vision
It was interesting to see the client’s approach in entrusting those who would create this modern design based on contemporary elements adapted into a style that invites long and totally relaxing evenings during the warm seasons.
Create
The opportunity presented itself when we evaluated the area, being on the 8th floor of a block in a lush residential neighborhood in Brasov, realizing that the positioning gives us an advantage in terms of natural light throughout the day. From this principle, we were able to offer landscaping based on plants with texture and volume that normally require plenty of sunlight, providing an advantage for the overall structure of the design.
The terrace and its arrangement were designed to be low-maintenance, where a drip irrigation system was implemented for plants to maintain a vibrant appearance throughout the year without interventions.
